Following a hugely successful limited-edition run, the French brand Baltic has made its Prismic Stone Collection a permanent fixture, expanding the elegant dress watch line with four distinct stone dials. This collection is a showcase of geological beauty and meticulous engineering, offering collectors a genuinely unique timepiece defined by its natural, one-of-a-kind stone dial.
The brilliance of this series is Baltic’s commitment to using rare, less-common stones in watchmaking, ensuring that each of the four variants offers an aesthetic experience rarely found at this price point.

The Four Stone Dial Variants
Each dial in the collection is cut from a sliver of natural, millennia-old stone, guaranteeing that no two watches possess the exact same pattern or texture. This inherent individuality elevates the watch to a piece of wearable, natural art.

Baltic Prismic Stone Bloodstone
A predominantly deep green jasper base punctuated by natural inclusions of red/orange iron oxide speckling.

Baltic Prismic Stone Dumortierite
A deep, intense blue hue with subtle white veins or mineral graining, often compared to Lapis Lazuli.

Baltic Prismic Stone Pink Albite
A lighter tone with a soft, cloudy crystalline appearance. Offers the most subtle texture of the collection.

Baltic Prismic Stone Pietersite
Defined by swirling patterns and shifting optical effects (chatoyancy). The most dynamic and fragile stone in the collection.
The Pietersite variant commands a slightly higher price due to the fragility of the stone, which makes the production process more challenging. The other three stones share the lower price point.

The Prismic case utilizes something unusual: a sophisticated two-material construction to achieve its unique look and slender profile, made out of stainless steel 316L and Grade 5 titanium. The bezel, lugs, and caseback are made of 316L stainless steel. This is then built onto a Grade 5 titanium mid-case which features a delicate grainy finish.
To maintain its ultra-slim profile, the Prismic Stone Collection relies on a sophisticated hand-wound Swiss movement. The La Joux-Perret D100 calibre is utilized, renowned for its resistance and reliability, while maintaining a thickness of only 2.5mm. This movement provides a robust 50-hour power reserve.

The watch features a sapphire caseback, allowing the wearer to view the movement, which is decorated with traditional elements like blued screws and Geneva stripes.
The collection is offered with a choice of two wearing options:
- Italian Calf Leather Strap: Designed to complement the vintage aesthetic, this option offers a traditional, light feel and comes equipped with quick-release spring-bars for easy swapping.
- Brushed Mesh Bracelet: Made from stainless steel, this bracelet provides a smooth, elegant alternative that echoes the classic dress watches of the 1960s and 70s. It features a fine, supple mesh and an easily adjustable sliding clasp, perfectly integrated with the curvature of the case.
